Great area and quiet area. Easy parking and Friendly staff. Booked a 3 room suite for family hymeneals. two of the 3 showers barely worked. Jacuzzi didnt work at all in chief suite room. Door lock for Pocket Door was cleaved and sharp edge was sticking out of the wall. My kid cut open his head on it. They sent up people to set up shower & multiple trips to try and fix Jacuzzi tub. Shower was fixed later on about iii hours and Jacuzzi was never stock-still. The hotel called us downstairs to get a discount on the room for all the hassle and when we got downstairs, they just wanted to sell us a Hilton Hotel Package. And then said oh lamentable, nosotros dont give out discounts here. Just a sorry deal and customer service could exist amend.

Nice large clean 2 bedchamber was great for our family.. beds were comfortable! Puddle was great and kept warm:) Concierge was lame only wanted to sign you upwardly for timeshare bout and she made it very obvious!

Information technology was nice staying at a hotel without a casino. Cleaner & friendlier. This will definitely be our next selection of hotel once again should nosotros return to Vegas.
